Bread Baking Courses take place in the relaxed atmosphere of the Watermill bakery.
The aim of the day is to provide you with the confidence and skills to bake your own bread at home.
Using different types of flour and yeast, participants will learn how to bake different kinds of bread using traditional methods

The day includes a light lunch in the mill tearoom.
Participants also receive a recipe pack, a bag of stone ground wholemeal flour and a Watermill apron.
Cost £94 per person.

Soups and Casseroles, Dinner parties, Canapés, Finger buffets, Celebration Cakes and Puddings.
