How will we collect keys and get directions to our cottage?

Upon receipt of your final payment we will send you full instructions regarding key collection & directions.

When can we arrive & what time should we leave?

Our cottages are available for you to arrive any time AFTER 4pm and should be vacated by 10am on the day your holiday ends to enable the owners to prepare the property for incoming guests.

What happens if I need to cancel ?

If you have to cancel your reservation, you will need to:

Inform your insurance company (We strongly advise that you cover your booking with cancellation insurance. You may already have this through your bank, credit card issuer or annual policy). All cancellations must be notified to the Agent initially by telephone and confirmed in writing / by email. If two or more consecutive weeks are booked at more than one property this is considered to be two holidays.

If you have to cancel your reservation, you will need to:

Inform your insurance company (we strongly advise you cover your booking with cancellation insurance. You may already have this through your bank, credit card issuer or annual policy).

All cancellations must be notified to the Agent initially by telephone and confirmed in writing / by email. 

Please note both the 25% booking deposit and £20 booking fee are non-refundable, however if your booking balance payment has been paid in full, we will attempt to re-let the dates and if successful will refund the 75% balance payment less a £175 admin fee  ( per week booked ) plus any additional costs incurred in re-letting the dates. 

 

Amendments to booking dates /  length of stay / property selection - will incur a £45 administration fee.

How do we pay for our holiday?

We require a deposit of 25% and booking fee of £10 to confirm your holiday the balance being due 7 weeks prior to the start of your holiday We accept payment by all major credit & Debit cards .
We also accept BACS Transfers & cheques.

We really enjoyed our holiday in North Shore the cottage was lovely very comfortable to be in. The patio just outside was really nice to sit on, we did enjoy that we were so near the woods and Loch. We will definitely be back next year.
