Guest Reviews

We had an absolutely amazing time in Perthshire. The accommodation was superb and every need had been thought of and provided. Steve and Kirsty were brilliant hosts even to point of driving us down to the local restaurant for our 1st anniversary dinner. To be perfectly honest I can not think of how our stay at the Cow Shed 2 could have been improved. We certainly hope to return in the future.

Newly renovated accommodation, comfortable beds, modern kitchen with all the equipment you need for cooking. The host provides not only towels but also coffee or snacks to supplement the breakfasts, as well as tea, of course. The accommodation is really comfortable, very bright, very nice, we recommend it. Excellent stay at Roneval in Pitlochry, lovely and spacious house, beautiful garden, shame it is not fully enclosed with a gate for the dog. So many walks from the door, we didn’t travel very far at all. Have now booked Roneval for two weeks next year, to enable us to explore further afield. Plenty of dog friendly cafes and restaurants nearby, lovely walk to the Golf Club, Biba, sitting outside the Lochside Boathouse cafe, to name just a few.
