"“This cottage is simply exceptional. From the minute you arrive and meet the hosts who live in another house on the estate you feel welcome and at home. We arrived to deep snow and the paths and driveways had been cleared for us to get to the house and the owner even assisted our tesco delivery to reach the property. The house is very well equipped with all you could need and the beds were warm and comfortable. The house easily accommodated 8 people and is very spacious. The scenery around the house is breathtaking and there are great walks all around. This is the best air bnb I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Thanks very much to Katriona and Lewis.” "

"When I had an idea of what I hoped a home in the Scottish highlands would be...this was exactly it! The pictures are accurate but certainly don’t do the space justice. It is impossible to capture how beautiful the property is. We had morning coffee outside as the sheep grazed a few feet away. We felt far away but were only a few miles from Dunkeld and lots of things to do. We spent our nights taking and laughing with a fire going and slept like babies. I wish that I could spend a year in this home! Thank you for having us. "

"We stayed three nights in the farmhouse and loved the quiet and beautiful property. This is a guesthouse on a large working estate and the host family was very friendly and welcoming. "A good sized farm house with nice country kitchen (Table has space for 8), cosy room with a fire and another TV room. Grassy area to the rear of the house with large picnic table. Provided cot and high chair very useful for a baby/toddler. House is situated on a working country estate with pheasant, partridge and deer all possible to see. "

A lovely host on hand for advice, the beautifully finished accommodation, wonderful walks on the doorstep, Pitlochry just down the road with excellent restaurants and pubs - and a thriving theatre. Completely stress-free stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the newly renovated space in the center of town. Lots of room for our family of 4 with all the amenities we needed. Might have even looked better in real life than the pictures. Great home base to explore Pitlochry, hiking, and local sights.

The garden is a brilliant asset, we loved spending time in it as did our dog. It's very private too and not overlooked. The house was spotlessly clean and there was a hoover, mop etc that we could use throughout our stay.
