Nestled on the quiet residential street of Lower Oakfield in central Pitlochry, Yeomans House is a much-loved family home that offers warm, spacious, and best-appointed accommodation.
The heart of the home is the bright, well-equipped dining kitchen, complete with a welcoming open fire and a starter pack of logs provided. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a large entrance porch and utility/boot room, an elegant sitting room featuring a gas fire and polished wood flooring with a Smart TV, plus a convenient under-stair cloakroom with WC.
A graceful wrought iron staircase leads to the upper floors. On the first floor, there are two south-facing bedrooms with lovely views over Pitlochry and the surrounding hills, each with attractive en-suite bathrooms. This floor also includes a further bedroom and a family bathroom. All beds on this floor can be zip-linked to create king-size beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
The top floor offers two twin bedrooms and a shower room with WC. With its spacious and versatile layout, Yeomans House is ideal self-catering accommodation for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts. Please note, as Lower Oakfield is a quiet residential area, Yeomans House is not available for stag or hen parties.
Yeomans’ convenient location makes it an easy walk to Pitlochry’s many shops, restaurants, and great attractions. This bustling Highland town serves as the perfect base for exploring Perthshire and the wider Highlands, with spectacular sights like Glencoe, Loch Lomond, and Royal Deeside within day-trip distance.

Pitlochry is one of Scotland’s most popular tourist destinations, conveniently located just off the A9, in the geographical heart of Scotland, and between Perth and Inverness. The town is home to two renowned whisky distilleries that draw visitors from far and wide: the historic Bell’s Blair Atholl Distillery and Edradour Distillery, famously known as Scotland’s smallest traditional distillery. The renowned Pitlochry Festival Theatre, affectionately known as the “Theatre in the Hills”, offers an impressive programme of plays, musicals, and cultural events throughout the year. Star of stage and Hollywood A-lister Alan Cumming, is the current Artistic Director. Right next door is the Explorers Garden, opened in 2003. This 2.5-acre site celebrates 300 years of botanical exploration by Scottish plant hunters and features an amphitheatre, woodland walks, and a diverse range of rare and exotic plants. Just a short stroll away, visitors can explore the Pitlochry Power Station and Dam, where the iconic salmon ladder allows a fascinating glimpse of fish leaping upstream during spawning season.
