"Wonderful holiday home with everything you could need, set in a peaceful location with walks from the garden. Spent an amazing 2 weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed time spent in Pitlochry and the surrounding area. There are lovely places to visit within an hours drive and some great eateries and independent shops in town. Ideal for days where you don’t want to drive, with the forest and loch walks directly behind the garden. Would definitely recommend. "

"Fabulous house for our group of 9. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of place for everyone to gather to prepare our evening meal. The piano in the living room was a real surprise as 3 of us play. The location is perfect, very close to the town centre and so much things to do around. Would definitely be back. "

Walks directly from the cottage available so you don't have to drive, plenty of activities in the local area. Local shops for food available in Pitlochry. Highlights - The location of the property and the spectacular views over the adjacent and surrounding hills were an ideal location. Walking up Ben Vrackie gave a great view. Visiting Dunkeld and sitting in the cathedral grounds was a great day out. "

Ruggles Cottage

"We loved the location of Ruggles Cottage, being able to go for walks straight from the door. The area is very beautiful and peaceful. We loved the garden and the sound of the stream beside it. great base for exploring the area. The weather was such that we could spend a few evenings in the garden watching the swallows and house martins darting about and feeding a couple of their young that had not fledged yet. The resident deer in the field were lovely to view from a distance too. "

Lovely place to stay. Well-equipped and very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the swallows and House martins flying around the property. Great local walking from the house. Hopefully will return sometime.

The house was lovely, we have stayed in the one next door before and they are both superb it is in a very very lovely location with a nice easy walk through the woodland at the back of the property to get to town.

Dear home from home perthshire team, We had a very nice stay at Yeoman’s cottage and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. The bed was very comfortable and good linens and towels (always a plus). The kitchen was well equipped - big fridge/freezer a bonus.
