"Off the beaten track, quiet, comfortable cottage with all you need to self cater if you don't want to eat out. Walks directly from the cottage available so you don't have to drive, plenty of activities in the local area. Local shops for food available in Pitlochry. Highlights - The location of the property and the spectacular views over the adjacent and surrounding hills were an ideal location. Walking up Ben Vrackie gave a great view. Visiting Dunkeld and sitting in the cathedral grounds was a great day out. "

"Had a great stay, very private and peaceful. Travelled solo by motorcycle and the location was very secure and accessible for my bike. Must return in the future with my wife by car as it was a great place to stay. The bed was especially comfy & I slept well. "

Ruggles Cottage

"We loved the location of Ruggles Cottage, being able to go for walks straight from the door. The area is very beautiful and peaceful. We loved the garden and the sound of the stream beside it. great base for exploring the area. The weather was such that we could spend a few evenings in the garden watching the swallows and house martins darting about and feeding a couple of their young that had not fledged yet. The resident deer in the field were lovely to view from a distance too. "

"Perfection! The Cow Shed is definitely a five-star accommodation with a beautiful pastoral view of mountains and sheep. The cottage itself was immaculate and of very high quality. My husband and I are very picky about cleanliness and peace and quiet, and the Cow Shed was perfect in this regard plus extremely beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. It is a perfect base for spending time in the Perthshire area and for taking longer day trips with the perk of returning to the Cow Shed for a relaxing evening. We were a party of four and rented both Cow Shed and Cow Shed 2 and would return in a heartbeat! "

What a beautiful cottage. Everything was as described. About a 12 minute walk into the centre of Pitlochry which was absolutely fine, uphill on the way back though! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if available when needed. Thanks for letting us stay.

We had a fabulous week in Roneval. A super house and well equipped with everything you'd need. The house is in the perfect location for walking into the centre as well as many other places. We were really lucky with the weather and spent a lot of time outdoors. We certainly hope to return.

Cottage located in a very quiet street not far from the main street and all the shops. The cottage is nice, well decorated and well equipped. We had a pleasant stay in Pitlochry and would definitely recommend this cottage.
