This is the most relaxing week we have had in a long time and simply sitting on the decking enjoying the views and the wildlife was a joy. Visits from the buzzards, deer and the little red squirrel only enhanced the enjoyment. We have to admit we were a little concerned regarding how we might be received by the local residents of Pitlochry and Blair Atholl, but the usual warm welcome awaited us. As ever the many cafes and restaurants were busy but well organised in terms of social distancing etc., and again the quality of service was superb.

Our stay at The Stables was wonderful, such a peaceful setting . The accommodation was exceptionally clean, well equipped, very comfy.The amount of birds we saw was fantastic.
