What a fantastic cottage, felt just like home! Everything you need in a cottage has been provided for a comfortable, relaxed stay.

We loved the location of Ruggles Cottage, being able to go for walks straight from the door. The area is very beautiful and peaceful. We loved the garden and the sound of the stream beside it. great base for exploring the area. The weather was such that we could spend a few evenings in the garden watching the swallows and house martins darting about and feeding a couple of their young that had not fledged yet. The resident deer in the field were lovely to view from a distance too.
