The Snug

"Thanks you for the warm welcome ( shortbread and wine !). We`ve seen a lot of times in Pitlochry and this cottage is one of the best we`ve ever stayed in ! It`s in a wonderful location, well equipped and everything is within short reach. Its been a real retreat and we`ve visited a lot. One of our favourites has been the Highland Folk Museum. "Very quiet, well equipped, clean, comfortable. A red squirrel ran onto the deck at the back! The village of Blair Atoll is very quiet there are two small shops, a hotel with public bar serving food and a separate bar. "

Auld Smiddy Cottage

"Very clean and comfortable house with an interesting history. . well equipped and nicely decorated. 2 bathrooms, one with an over- the- bath shower, the other with a walk-in shower. Dishwasher and washing machine. Nice outside space with picnic bench and a wee burn at the end of the garden. . 1 mile up the hill from Pitlochry town with easy parking just over the road in the local square. Food available in the pub next door. "

Everything in the house is so well organised that we could easily find everything we needed. "The views from the farmhouse are absolutely incredible and likely to be long remembered. The farmhouse itself is very spacious. It's well worth taking both the road through Glen Lyon as well as the road past Ben Lawers as both offer spectacular scenery. Oh, and we would definitely recommend a stop at the Glen Lyon Tea Room. "

"Absolutely perfect house. Kasinga accommodation is a lovely house right at the heart of Pitlochry. It is spacious, clean and very comfortable for short and longer stay. The area is very quiet. It comes with everything one might need in the kitchen and bedrooms, and with 4 bathrooms, no queues in the morning. If the weather is here, plenty of space outside for a BBQ and the kids to run around "
