It is dog friendly and our miniature schnauzer had a whale of a time exploring the lovely garden (and its nooks and crannies) and close to the riverside walk going into Dunkeld (which also has lots of dog friendly places). Wonderful few days at Ruggles Cottage. Stunning surroundings and so much to do. Perfect house for our family

Off the beaten track, quiet, comfortable cottage with all you need to self cater if you don't want to eat out. Walks directly from the cottage available so you don't have to drive, plenty of activities in the local area. Local shops for food available in Pitlochry. Highlights - The location of the property and the spectacular views over the adjacent and surrounding hills were an ideal location. Walking up Ben Vrackie gave a great view. Visiting Dunkeld and sitting in the cathedral grounds was a great day out.

The Cow Shed is a home from home, everything you need is there and that's why we live coming back. This year we were lucky enough to see the ospreys at Loch of the Lowes with their chick and red squirrels galore.
