Don’t miss out on this gem of a cottage in a fantastic location. It’s a very well equipped cottage with a lovely garden area. It’s a very comfortable place to stay and the log burner made the cottage very cosy in the evening. Has the most wonderful shower, comfy bed and has a small but perfectly equipped kitchen with everything you need including washing machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine. The owners attention to detail is second to none with clever storage ideas and hanging hooks galore! You can never get enough hooks! A short walk takes you down by the river and into bustling Dunkeld with lovely shops and a few nice places to eat, drink or stop for coffee. We will most definitely be returning in the near future.

The house is beautiful we all said we could live their and the garden is just stunning! The pictures do not do it justice. Great location in a quiet little cul de sac with view of hills one side and mountains the other. Perfect for our visits to Braemar, Balmoral Castle, Drummond Castle even had a trip to Edinburgh. The complimentary treats were a lovely gesture on first arrival to sit in the beautiful garden with lots of different seating areas. House is well equipment from pots, pans to books and games. Pitlochry is a beautiful little village we would definitely recommend.

Such a beautiful view! We had a lovely time at Ballintuim cottage, it was so quiet and peaceful and felt very homely. Our kids loved having a fire and roasting marshmallows and going for an evening walk. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rural retreat.
