"Thanks for a lovely stay at this well situated and quiet cottage on the outskirts of Pitlochry. It is a fantastic base for exploring all that Pitlochry and the local area have to offer. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable and it was lovely to have the spacious garden to enjoy the sunshine and the wildlife in the adjoining woods. On lots of days we just walked straight from the cottage to enjoy the Pitlochry walking trails, the town and the Theatre. "

"We have so enjoyed our 4th stay in the exquisite Ruggles Cottage. It is beautifully equipped in every way. The garden is amazing with two summer houses, barbecue area and a babbling brook running alongside. Red squirrels ?️ visit the feeder and the birds are regular visitors. Safe car parking. Not to be missed. Great golf at St Fillans- Sandy Lyle’s favourite 9 hole course. Denton family "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time here in beautiful Pitlochry! The home is right in town so you can just walk out the door to shops and eateries. Also walkable to a grocery store. The space is very comfortable and clean. Thanks for a great stay! P.S. we loved that the building used to be a bank and they kept the vault door into the (now) utility room. "

"Spent 3 nights at Bracklin in July 2025 and had a great time. There were 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space. Very clean and well equipped. Walking distance to Pitlochry and situated in a quiet area. "

"Beautiful family house in a perfect location ideal for a family holiday. The enclosed garden was great for our dog and the access from opposite the front of the house down to the waters edge. The second TV room upstairs was fantastic for our adult children to get some separate downtime. Also the study was handy for my husband to complete the jigsaws provided.! Ideal for visiting Pitlochry, Aberfeldy and Kenmore. Climbing Ben Vrackie was the highlight and visiting the Pitlochry Festival Theatre . "

"A lovely stay in a charming cottage. Can recommend Cluny House Gardens to see the red squirrels up close and almost sitting on your feet, need to be the between 9 and 10 for feeding time. St. Andrews is incredible. Balmoral a must, and Aviemore and cairngorm mountain railway, expensive but SO worth it. "
