" When I had an idea of what I hoped a home in the Scottish highlands would be...this was exactly it! The pictures are accurate but certainly don’t do the space justice. It is impossible to capture how beautiful the property is. We had morning coffee outside as the sheep grazed a few feet away. We felt far away but were only a few miles from Dunkeld and lots of things to do. We spent our nights taking and laughing with a fire going and slept like babies. I wish that I could spend a year in this home! Thank you for having us. "

" If you are looking for a place that has everything you need, the relaxation you seek, and the central location of Scotland to be able to get out and see the gorgeous country, this is it! This cottage was an absolute amazing find and was an essential part in our vacation being as amazing as it was. The beds are super comfy, the blankets fluffy and soft, the towels are absolutely amazing (I will be buying some of our own lol) and all the amenities we pristine and wonderful! From here you can fan out in any direction going about 3.5 hours to get to the Isle of Skye or 3.5 hours in the opposite direction hitting east coast of Scotland. We had more than enough room for four kids and two adults. The landlords are absolutely a pleasure to do business with and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Don't overlook this gem, you'll regret not picking this one "

" We stayed three nights in the farmhouse and loved the quiet and beautiful property. This is a guesthouse on a large working estate and the host family was very friendly and welcoming. We came and went without issue and really enjoyed the nearby town of Dunkeld for food and groceries. The house was very nicely decorated and was really comfortable. "

" It was very lovely staying here. Really enjoyed the riverbank and listening to the river at night. It let me have the best sleep I've had in a while. Will definitely stay here again when I get the chance. host is patient and friendly as were the locals. Food around here is delicious.

" Most impressed by the furnishings and fittings, the lovely garden is a bonus. The flat is bang in the centre of Dunkeld which means all local amenities, restaurants, chemist, shops, golf course and cathedral are all within easy walking distance(the golf course is a longer walk). "

" The caravan is inside The River Tilt Park, in a very strategic position to visit Blair Castle, Blair Atholl surroundings and trails in south part of Cairngorm National Park. The park is very nice, beside Tilt river, with services (take away, a well furnished beer pub with live music, convenience store) easily accessible by foot. Rosario, Italy "

" Hollyhock cottage is charming and has everything you could need for a trip! It is dog friendly and our miniature schnauzer had a whale of a time exploring the lovely garden (and its nooks and crannies) and close to the riverside walk going into Dunkeld (which also has lots of dog friendly places). Would not hesitate to recommend. "

" We loved the location, the walks and views from the cottage were varied and numerous, and proximity to the golf club a real bonus. Future guests should know how good this facility is, great food, friendly staff, reasonably priced drinks and a fantastic view, all within five minutes walk. We cannot praise this highly enough. "
